Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie Review

Image
I had no idea that this cafe was owned by Levain Boulangerie and Patisserie. Same ambience and same interior design on both restaurants. I came here because:  1. Question Mark Cafe was closed  2. Had no idea where to eat so we ended up here for high school catch up. 3. We don't wanna go too far for cafe hopping Address:  25G, Jalan Pandan Indah 4/6A, Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Tel:  03-4280 0618 Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 9pm I thought of having salad for lunch but when I saw that it was refrigerated and it's not as fresh as I expected, I ordered spaghetti. My spaghetti was such a let down because it's just tomato sauce with mushrooms and green and red bell pepper topped with parmesan. The lamest thing is they just fry the chicken and it's just like that -.- It's called the Napolitan Spaghetti costs at RM 14.70. What the heck...I should've ordered it with the rice which is much more

Tulip by That Latte Place Cafe Review

Image
Stumbled upon this place when me and my friends want to have lunch around Sunway Pyramid and we just went in cause it's newly opened. It's located at the Moroccan street in Sunway Pyramid. Adress: LG 2.88, Sunway Pyramid,       No.3, Jalan PJS 11/15,   46150 Petaling Jaya Tel: 016 850 3546 This place is opened by (so obvious by my blog title) That Latte Place from ikon, Connaught. I haven't tried the food there but I heard that the food there ain't bad too.  From the set lunch I ordered Chicken Bacon Sandwich with chilled lemon infused tea at RM 18.90. The dish is quite filling and tasty but the food came a little too slow as when I finished my drink after 20 minutes, the food just came... This is their chocolate macadamia cake at rm 13. It's tasty and much sums and so much of fats! #sin And of course this was shared among 2 people. That's all for now! Stay tuned! xoxo, Cecilia

The Curious Goat Cafe Review

Image
After I revisited YBR with my uni friends, my girl-friend suggested we go to The Curious Goat cafe as I heard the coffees there are good. I was surprised that this cafe didn't have a banner for their cafe...hipster much and I think their business is much more to word of mouth.  I shall try their food here as they do offer some sandwiches and what not but the main thing here are their cakes and coffees. Address: 20-1, Jalan PJU 8/3A,              Damansara Verdana,             47820 Petaling Jaya Their mocha is good! Love this cafe cause it's so affordable and not that pricey! RM 11 Since I've been itching for cake, I ordered their Tofufa Cheesecake and it's seriously like tofufa from the streets. Smooth and silky served with brown sugar. RM 14.  Go to my friends food insta for more at critzspot. She posts what I ate and what they ate that day in that insta page and go check it out! I didn't post on what they had

First Visit To Comic Fiesta!

Image
I didn't get to update this as this was my first time being in Comic Fiesta! This time it was held in The Mines Convention Centre and I heard it was smaller than KLCC Convention Centre... It was packed with people who are in love with anime, cosplayers, booths that are packed with anime related stuff. I was surprised...like really.... I was shocked at the fact that guys even cosplayed as girls....EWW..but that was very brave of them as they have much 'balls' to do it HAHAHAHA, kudos to all who seriously rocked as their anime characters! I kinda regretted not queuing up on that day because the queue for the ticket isn't that massive...I just wasted 20 bucks cause I didn't attend on Saturday and on Saturday, FLOW came to sing Naruto songs...FARKKK! camwhoring while queuing up to go into the cf  Plenty of people what the heck Art people doing their artsy thang Amazing Clazroom Academy booth. Saw their academy l

Yellow Brick Road Cafe Review

Image
Long hiatus again due to the busy weeks of uni and also CNY is coming so I have to help out at the shop and therefore, less time of blogging :( It's okay since I have a little bit of free time for now to cool off my sweat after work out AHAHA I came to YBR for the first time due to a hasty meet up with a girlfriend. Our first option was actually VCR Cafe but I suggested YBR as VCR has limited parking and due to my experience of getting fined once. So my girlfriend drove us here and the cafe was filled with so many people. FULL HOUSE. We have to wait at least 10 minutes for some empty tables and it was around noon that time so yeah, basically lunch time for office workers. At the mean time while waiting, I took a few pictures of the place for the blog and some ootd shots but the outcome wasn't I wanted until after our lunch.
