Jam and Kaya Cafe Review

Image
It's rather surprising that my sis chose this place to eat with my gramps cause my gramps wanna try something new with us, as their grandkids. And I've been wanting to come here all along! Yay! This place is in a swimming club btw. Address:  No 1, Lorong Sultan                                                                          Petaling Jaya, Malaysia Tel:  016-667 5078 Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jam-Kaya-Caf%C3%A9/630533806986669?sk=timeline Full house on weekends wtf, this proves that they're very famous. Overall, this cafe has a very nice and clean ambience. Very comfortable for young, middle aged adults and also for old people. This is Farmer's Pancake (I think that's the name of the dish) with eggs, mushrooms, vege, hash-brown and ham with maple syrup and pancake. RM 19 SO SO SO YUMMY and it tastes so well together..I can't! I have to come here again for more! Jam and Ka

Imai-ya Japanese Restaurant Review

Image
A #throwback kinda post where I celebrated a relatives birthday... Went to this Japanese cuisine called imai-ya in C180 which is in Balakong. Food here is ain't bad but I'll state em one by one  Address:  26, Jalan C180/1, 43200 Cheras, Selangor, Malaysia The scallops here with the chicken is good. This is good! Their signature dish anyway HAHA The gyoza is just fine~ The rice here is a little dry and this kinds sucked cause the mayo is in the centre and not all over the tamago. Soup is a little too healthy. Best for people who doesn't like it salty and likes tasteless food The curry ain't good cause there's hardly any curry and the curry is watery. Overall, I give a rating of this place a 5/10. Stay tuned! xoxo, Cecilia

Morningwood Cafe Review

Image
On a one fine day....me and my advertising peeps came to Morningwood Cafe to eat some nice stuff... I didn't know that this cafe is owned by Jared (a little bit of Marianne, Jared's fiance) and Reuben Kang and it's just a few steps away from Project Space. It belonged to Flat White at first but they sold it to Jared. Overall, the ambience of this cafe is kinda nice and inside there's lotsa drawings hung on the wall...apparently, they're for sale. In pictures, this cafe looks big but it's actually kinda small. Address:  73-1,  Jalan SS 15/8,                             SS 15, 47500 Subang Jaya,               Selangor, Malaysia Mocha that costs RM 12 and the latte art sucks....but the coffee is good.  Don't judge a book by it's cover they say *heh* Skinny Dip, baked eggs with tomato sauce and sausages, and butter toasted bread. RM 20. Delicious and affordable! Funny thing is, Shannon

Short Getaway to Port Dickson, Summer Splash!

Image
This post is throwback from 10th -11th of May. Actually, I've totally forgotten to post about this short getaway at Port Dickson xD  Anyways, here I go.  The reason why I came to Port Dickson because it was to support my seniors from Communications majoring in PR.  I wasn't even planning to go to Port Dickson because..it was quite expensive at first but when the price decreased, I considered it. Thanks to a friend who persuaded me too actually xD  So I decided to support them and went to Port Dickson to enjoy and relax at my short semester break.  Group photo of those who went!  My only girl who persuaded me to come and for the whole March Intake, we supported them ;) My team, GreenWorld *much love*  notice our green striking rubberbands? Pillow talks with her for the whole night  GreenWorld is at it's last place but it's okay, we have lots of memories to hold and also we did a dance as the loser xD A p

Ooi Noodles House, Mini Update

Image
This is so far what I've heard the most famous Pork Noodles in this restaurant.  I ate it, and I can say that it's really good.  It costs RM 8.50 per bowl and since I don't want to have any pork innards.  It's really worth the price because it's tasty and there are lots of noodles 0.0  This is all for now and to be continued for longer posts ;) xoxo, Cecilia
